Can you believe the transportation enhancement coordinator of the state of North Dakota would remark that Old No. 10 highway from Sentinel Butte to Beach is just prairie and is not seen as a premiere route of scenic byways?
Possibly the folks in charge just haven’t taken the time to consider leaving the beautiful Badlands starting west of Belfield and extending to the Sentinel Butte area is not up to their scenic standards.

Israel Discount Bank (TASE: DSCT) has completed the sale of its senior debt for financing the Yitzhak Rabin Highway (Highway No. 6), also known as the “Cross Israel Highway”. Midroog Ltd. gave the NIS 565 million debt an AA rating. Demand was NIS 1 billion.

Discount Bank sold part of a senior debt lent by a syndicate to Derech Eretz Highways Management Corp. Ltd., which holds the franchise for building and operating the Cross Israel Highway.

Macon police are looking for two gunmen who robbed the Dollar General store at 3824 Pio Nono Ave. at closing time Friday and bound two female clerks with duct tape.

The gunmen, who were wearing masks and gloves, took the workers to the back of the store before leaving with an undetermined amount of money, said Macon police detective Jim MacDonald.
"It seems like they hid in the back of the store and came up on the girls," MacDonald said. "One of the girls was cleaning and the other was counting the money."

If investors were giving a small cheer for discount retailer Big Lots (NYSE: BLI - News) after its third-quarter results, they were also quick to boo the company after its latest performance.

Shares dropped roughly 8% in recent trading as Big Lots once again struggled to meet Wall Street's expectations. It posted a profit (excluding one-time charges associated with store closings) of $0.33 per share for the fourth quarter, well off consensus analyst estimates of $0.43. Revenue growth of 6.1% also fell shy of anticipated results.
